Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Pacific Edge Labs and its partner-program operator RUO Marketing LLC (collectively, “PEL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through PELDASH, including peldash.com, partner applications, setter applications, partner dashboards, employee dashboards, admin tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This policy is intended to satisfy the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA where applicable (CCPA), and other generally applicable U.S. privacy notice requirements. It is not intended to create rights beyond applicable law.

1. Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, social media handles, PEL ID, employee ID, IP address, device identifiers, and account credentials.
• Account and profile information: login records, role, partner profile, employee profile, application status, assigned sales team, discount codes, referral links, dashboard preferences, and communication history.
• Commercial and transaction information: referred orders, commission records, payout history, starter-pack payments, refund/chargeback status, coupon attribution, and customer or lead records needed to track partner performance.
• Payout and financial information: bank account details, ACH/wire information, payment method selections, payout confirmations, tax or compliance information if requested, and payment references.
• Application information: setter or partner application answers, social profiles, audience information, experience, interview notes, status changes, and onboarding records.
• Internet and device activity: browser type, operating system, timestamps, pages viewed, referral source, UTM parameters, cookies, localStorage values, and security logs.
• Approximate location: inferred from IP address or information you provide. We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation through PELDASH.
• Communications: emails, support messages, SMS opt-in/opt-out records, notices, and messages sent through or about the Services.
• Inferences: internal performance, sales, fraud-risk, and program-eligibility indicators derived from the information above.
• Sensitive personal information: account login credentials and payout/bank details. We use sensitive personal information only for security, account access, payouts, compliance, and other purposes permitted by law.

2. Sources of Personal Information

• Information you provide directly, such as applications, account forms, dashboard updates, payout forms, and support requests.
• Information generated through use of PELDASH, including logins, referral activity, sales attribution, and dashboard activity.
• Information from Pacific Edge Labs commerce, fulfillment, payment, banking, analytics, and communication systems.
• Information from service providers that host, secure, authenticate, process payments, send messages, or support the Services.
• Publicly available information, such as public social-media profiles used to evaluate partner or setter fit.

3. How We Use Personal Information

• Provide, operate, secure, and improve PELDASH.
• Create and manage partner, employee, setter, and admin accounts.
• Review applications, conduct onboarding, assign team members, and administer the partner program.
• Track leads, referral links, discount codes, sales attribution, commissions, payroll, and payouts.
• Send transactional notices, login codes, security alerts, payout updates, program notices, and support responses.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, policy violations, and security incidents.
• Maintain accounting, tax, compliance, audit, and legal records.
• Analyze site and program performance, including public-page advertising and analytics where enabled.
• Enforce our Terms, partner agreements, employee policies, and applicable law.

4. Cookies, Pixels, Local Storage, and Do Not Track

We use cookies, localStorage, and similar technologies for login sessions, referral attribution, form state, analytics, security, preferences, and public-page marketing measurement. Some public pages may use third-party analytics or advertising pixels, including Meta Pixel, to measure campaigns and improve outreach.

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no uniform industry standard for those signals, PELDASH does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Where legally required and technically feasible, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for activities that constitute “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for business and operational purposes:

• Service providers and contractors: hosting, database, authentication, SMS/email delivery, payment, payout, fulfillment, analytics, fraud prevention, customer support, and infrastructure providers.
• Pacific Edge Labs and RUO Marketing personnel: owners, admins, managers, closers, setters, support staff, payroll staff, and contractors who need access to operate the Services.
• Payment, banking, and fulfillment partners: when needed to process payouts, starter-pack payments, orders, refunds, chargebacks, and shipping or fulfillment records.
• Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, and compliance advisers.
• Legal and safety recipients: courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of the Services.
• Business-transfer recipients: as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data for marketing or promotional purposes. If our public-page advertising or analytics pixels are considered “sharing” under California law, you may opt out by emailing us as described below and by using browser or platform controls that limit ad tracking.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating accounts, administering commissions and payroll, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, complying with accounting, tax, legal, and audit obligations, and protecting the Services. Retention periods vary by record type. We may retain certain records after account closure when required or permitted by law.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport, authentication controls, role-based access, vendor controls, monitoring, and restricted access to sensitive records. No online system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us immediately.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence and whether a specific privacy law applies to us, you may have the right to request that we:

• Confirm whether we process your personal information.
• Provide access to or a copy of personal information we maintain about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
• Provide information about categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and disclosures.
• Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, where applicable.
• Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
• Appeal a denied request, where applicable.

To exercise privacy rights, email sales@pacificedgelabs.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. However, deleting or limiting information necessary for account, payout, compliance, or security functions may affect your ability to use parts of the Services.

10. California Notice at Collection

For California residents, the categories of personal information we collect are listed in Section 1, the purposes are listed in Section 3, and the categories of recipients are listed in Section 5. We collect this information at or before the point of collection, such as when you submit a form, create an account, log in, or use a dashboard. We retain information as described in Section 7.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” link under the CCPA unless stated otherwise.

11. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and program participation is intended for adults 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Services may link to third-party websites, including Pacific Edge Labs commerce pages, payment processors, social media platforms, or partner tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, when appropriate, communicated by email, dashboard notice, or another reasonable method. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
