Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of PELDASH, including peldash.com, partner applications, setter applications, partner dashboards, employee dashboards, admin tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated for Pacific Edge Labs and its partner-program operator RUO Marketing LLC (collectively, “PEL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing the Services, creating an account, submitting an application, signing a partner agreement, using a dashboard, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, team, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for keeping login credentials, passkeys, authentication codes, devices, and payout details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law. Notify us immediately at sales@pacificedgelabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep account, contact, tax, and payout information updated. We may require verification before allowing sensitive actions such as payout changes, account recovery, or admin access.
3. Program Roles
PELDASH supports multiple roles, including applicants, partners, setters, closers, employees, managers, admins, and owners. Your access and available features depend on your assigned role. We may add, change, suspend, or remove access at any time to protect the program, comply with law, or enforce agreements.
4. Partner and Setter Conduct
- You must comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, advertising rules, privacy rules, and program guidelines.
- You may not make false, misleading, medical, therapeutic, disease, dosage, safety, efficacy, FDA-approved, prescription, or clinical claims about Pacific Edge Labs products.
- You may not market products for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease.
- You may not use spam, deceptive outreach, fake accounts, impersonation, misleading endorsements, paid-search brand bidding, unauthorized coupons, cookie stuffing, self-dealing, fraud, or artificial traffic.
- You may not harass prospects, partners, customers, employees, or team members.
- You may not access, export, copy, scrape, or use lead, customer, partner, employee, or order data except as authorized for your role.

6. Leads, Referrals, Commissions, Bonuses, and Payouts
- Referral, lead, commission, bonus, payroll, and payout rules are determined by the applicable dashboard, written program terms, partner agreement, employment/contractor agreement, or admin-approved plan.
- Commission and bonus eligibility may depend on attribution, order status, verification, payment status, refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, compliance, and continued account good standing.
- Refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, duplicate, or ineligible activity may be reversed, withheld, deducted, or offset against future payouts.
- You are responsible for accurate payout details. PEL is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected payments caused by inaccurate information you submit.
- You are responsible for taxes, reporting, and legal obligations arising from payments you receive.
- Dashboard estimates are operational records and may be adjusted for errors, refunds, verification, or admin review.
7. Payments, Starter Packs, and Continuous Services
If the Services offer one-time purchases, starter packs, deposits, software fees, subscriptions, or continuous services, the displayed checkout terms govern that transaction. Prices, included benefits, renewal terms, cancellation terms, refund rules, and payment timing will be disclosed before purchase where required.
If we offer an automatic renewal or continuous service to California consumers, we will present renewal terms clearly before purchase, obtain affirmative consent, provide an acknowledgment with cancellation instructions, provide required renewal or fee-change notices, and offer an online cancellation method as required by California law.
8. Communications and SMS
We may contact you by email, dashboard notice, phone, text message, or other provided contact method for account, security, application, appointment, payout, program, support, and legal notices.
If you consent to SMS, you agree to receive transactional automated text messages from Pacific Edge Labs or PELDASH. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase unless SMS is necessary for a specific security or operational feature. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
9. Confidentiality and Data Restrictions
Non-public dashboards, credentials, API keys, lead lists, partner records, employee records, customer/order data, sales data, payout data, compensation data, training materials, and internal business information are confidential. You may not disclose, sell, transfer, download, copy, or use confidential information except as authorized for your role and the program purpose.
10. Intellectual Property
The Services, PELDASH software, dashboards, designs, text, logos, marks, training materials, workflows, and related intellectual property are owned by PEL, RUO Marketing LLC, Pacific Edge Labs, or their licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services and approved materials only as authorized. We may revoke that license at any time.
If you submit content, testimonials, feedback, creative assets, or marketing materials through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and create derivative works from that content for program operations, marketing, compliance, training, and business purposes, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
11. Prohibited Technical Activity
- You may not bypass access controls, test security without permission, interfere with the Services, introduce malware, overload infrastructure, or attempt to access non-public systems or accounts.
- You may not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated scripts, or bulk export tools except where we expressly authorize them.
- You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly allowed in writing.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time for suspected fraud, security risk, noncompliance, inactivity, legal risk, inaccurate information, reputational harm, or violation of these Terms or any other applicable agreement. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including confidentiality, data restrictions, payout adjustments, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute terms, and record-retention rights.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee any particular earnings, approvals, partner performance, sales volume, commission amount, payout timing, lead result, or business outcome.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PEL, Pacific Edge Labs, RUO Marketing LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability for claims arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid by us to you through the Services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PEL, Pacific Edge Labs, RUO Marketing LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, your outreach or marketing, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless a separate signed agreement requires arbitration or another venue, the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, and you consent to those courts.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, when appropriate, communicated by email, dashboard notice, or another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable written partner, employee, contractor, payout, or program agreement, form the agreement between you and us for the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
